EatingWell's Jessie Price shows how to make an easy appetizer for a party: Shrimp Pepper Poppers. This shrimp appetizer recipe is quick to make and is a great healthy appetizer to bring to a party instead of popcorn shrimp.
Hi, I'm Jessie. I'm here in the EatingWell Test Kitchen, and I'm going to show you how to make an instant appetizer that's healthy too. It's Shrimp-Pepper Poppers. All you need is a couple of easy, store-bought ingredients. Start with melba toasts, spread them with a little bit of reduced-fat cream cheese, top it with an already-cooked tiny little shrimp, a little pepper jelly right on top. Voila! You're done. Delicious. For this recipe and more healthy appetizer recipes, come to eatingwell.com.
