1 20-ounce can lychees, drained

Place lychees on a sheet pan and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.

We love lychees and freezing the canned ones was a great idea. For an adult treat, we then blended them with some vodka and topped with a sprig of mint.

Factual correction: Lychee is available in plenty in India. Unlike tea, it did not probably originate in china. Essentially, it is a valley fruit.

Frozen Lychee has been a familly favorite for years. Living in Hawaii having fresh lychee anually is great. Frozen lychee has been my favorite 2nd is Mango/Frozen then blended into smothies with acai berry's, Aloha from Hawaii.
