Great grilling recipes for everyday and easy entertaining.
Warm weather (and even cold weather, for some hardy souls) inspires us to cook on the grill. Anything grilled has a unique, smoky flavor, and grilling is a super-quick cooking method. The grill’s flames can develop rich, complex flavors in standard fare like burgers and chicken and in nontraditional dishes, such as pizza and desserts.
If you’re looking for the basics of how to grill, choose one of our rubs and marinades, which are a simple, healthy way to ensure flavorful, juicy results without adding a lot of fat or calories. Our Marinating & Grilling Chart gives marinating and grilling times for tofu, chicken, steak and more. These healthy grilling recipes are great for any season, so get outside and get grilling!
Oiling the grill rack helps prevent your foods from sticking to the grill. Oil a folded paper towel, hold it with tongs and rub it over the rack. (Do not use cooking spray on a hot grill.) When grilling delicate foods like tofu and fish, it is helpful to lightly coat the food with cooking spray.
