Can't imagine why the overall rating for this recipe was only very good. Everyone to whom I have served it gave it rave reviews. I wasn't able to find blueberry nectar, but blueberry juice seemed to work fine. Also used 1/2 C of tequila instead of 3 oz.

Where do you find blueberry nectar? I shop EVERYWHERE. From Sur La Table to Grocery Outlet and I have never heard of blueberry nectar.

Maybe adding the extra tequilla is what made it so good:) As far as nectar, did you try the Mexican section of the grocery store. I've found peach and strawberry nectar there.

I shop at Whole Foods and found the blueberry nectar... R.W. Knudsen makes it and it's called 'blueberry nectar'. These were excellent and our son liked the non-alcoholic version!

Someone should add in the "What You Get" section: a great buzz.
