Careful with this one
My crust was nice and golden in 30 minutes, however (after I brought it to a party and people began to try it) I discovered the berries were still whole and tasted a lot like they do straight from the garden. Not too tasty! If I were to do this again I would pre-cook the filling in a little water before baking it in the oven.
Pros: Crust was good
Cons: Filling did not cook in time specified, not sweet enough.
