I wanted a picture to work from as the 'braiding' directions were a little vague:
'roll into a 12x16 rectangle & trim corners'....why not just roll it onto an oval in the first place...easier!
'cut 1 strips at a 45 deg. angle' - up or down?
'cross strips' - cross two strips from the same side, or stretch to cross opposite sides?
Pros: Good flavor, fairly light texture, & easy to mix
Cons: miss the flaky texture
