⅓ cup sugar
¼ cup water
2 teaspoons instant coffee
2 tablespoons cognac, or brandy
2 cups nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
Bring sugar, water and coffee powder to a boil in a small saucepan; boil until slightly thickened, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in cognac (or brandy). Let cool. Layer in parfait glasses with frozen yogurt.
