This recipe sounds and looks terrific. BUT, how much of each ingredient do you use? It is hard to see in the video, it makes 2 servings, but how much each serving? HELP!

With all that sugar-laden dried fruit, plus the semi-sweet (sugared) chocolate chips, you might as well eat a candy bar. The sugar content will be similar. Dried fruit such as cranberries and blueberries are infused with a sugar syrup in processing, that forces out the water and leaves a pliable, "dried" fruit.
