I LOVE a site called The Daily Plate for calorie and meal counting, it also has weight and nutritional charting.

I agree with Liz the daily plate is awesome. And is very easy to use.

The daily plate IS great, but I have found that some of the nutrition information given is not always correct.

Alice, Lkg., OH
I love the daily plate. Some of the information is not correct, but if you look carefully you can usually find a selection closest to the item you ate. When the company emblem is displayed on the left-hand side, it is generally the right information.

Sandy, Portland, OR
Try Chowbaby.com, it lists the calorie content of almost every fast food restaurant you can think of. Really makes you think before you head to Taco Bell for that "fourthmeal".

I have been dieting since I started weight watchers 8 years ago. I am 5'3 127 lbs. I wiuld like to get to 120 lbs I eat beakfeast a little lunch and dinner, but I cannot loose the weight to get to 120 lbs, this has been a year now. What can I do to help me loose the last 7 lbs?

nicalene umney, Plymouth, MI
I use spark people. it is free and has lots of tools to help you meet your goals. There is also Calorie King but that is not free althouhg you can look up thousands of food and find the fat calories and carbohydrates for free.
