Carolyn MalcounAssociate Editor
Although Carolyn spends her week at EatingWell surrounded by all things food, she never tires of cooking. Away from the Test Kitchen, Carolyn loves to craft quality meals for her friends and family. A graduate of New England Culinary Institute and University of Wisconsin with a degree in journalism, Carolyn pairs her long-standing love for food with writing as an associate editor at EatingWell. Carolyn’s culinary interest is rooted in her childhood; she comes from a family where food is more than mere sustenance, but a healthy and satisfying way of life. Away from the workplace, Carolyn enjoys quality Frisbee-tossing-time spent with her dog Kayla, canoeing, getting active in the versatile Vermont outdoors and home-brewing craft beer. Carolyn and her fiancée Dan live in Montpelier.
