EatingWell Media Group, located in the Burlington, VT area is a multi-media food and health publisher of healthy recipes, award-winning food and nutrition content, and how-to information that combine good taste with good health. Platforms include www.eatingwell.com, digital content distribution to leading portals, food and health web sites, EatingWell Magazine and popular cookbooks and custom publications.

The Interactive Producer, a full-time position, will help leverage all EatingWell Media Group content resources to develop and execute best-of-class content programs for www.eatingwell.com and its distribution partners.

We are looking for an ace Producer who knows the difference between Web 1.0 and Web 2.0. Reporting directly to the Executive Interactive Producer, you will help to create, manage and update content and editorial schedules for www.eatingwell.com, and e-newsletters, as well as support an ever-increasing client demand by managing complex interactive projects, interfacing between clients and the content development team. You will be responsible for account and project management, client relations, and resource and team management for a wide variety of timeline-driven initiatives.

• Create, manage and update content and editorial schedules for web site e-newsletters and content distribution partners.
• Develop, create and uploaded content and interactive features primarily by creatively leveraging existing resources.
• Schedule and manage the movement of Interactive jobs through all departments.
• Manage and help to grow partner relationships via great editorial management and promotion ideas.

What Your Job Will Entail:

• Working with our world class partners to brainstorm and develop ideas for packaging our content and provide ongoing account management.
• Manage usability and UI issues, developing storyboards as needed for the EatingWell site.
• Hands-on production of content pages via CMS.
• Work on special projects as assigned by the Executive Producer.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience managing interactive projects for clients. You will have proven strength in project scheduling, ongoing project management, and resource or team management.
• Hands-on multitasking project management skills as well as ability to produce content in a web technical environment.
• Organized, a creative thinker, and great with rallying the troops through enthusiasm.
• Ability to make a project a success via team play, online strategies, and rolling up those sleeves for partners and the EatingWell site.
• Understand all aspects of development - information architecture, interface design, development, usability, testing.
• Proven hands-on production of content pages via CMS, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, HTML.

Full-time position located in Burlington, Vermont area.
