Lisa Gosselin, Editorial Director



Former editor-in-chief of Islands, Audubon and Bicycling, Lisa joins EatingWell as Editorial Director, overseeing magazine, web and book content for EatingWell Media Group. Lisa grew up in France, holds a B.A. from Yale University and has completed the Stanford Professional Publishing program. She has written extensively on travel, food, the environment and the outdoors. Her passion for these topics comes together here at EatingWell. Lisa lives in a cabin in the woods in Stowe, Vermont.

Jessie Price, Food Editor

Jessie Price

Jessie grew up in a family fanatical about food. Since she first lived on her own while attending Williams College, she’s been an avid home cook. She has cooked in restaurants in California and Colorado, including the Relais and Chateaux, Home Ranch near Steamboat Springs. A longtime recipe tester and developer for EatingWell, Jessie joined the editorial team full-time in 2004 when she moved from San Francisco. She now lives in Charlotte, Vermont, with her fiance, where she has been grilling up dinners on the deck, drinking great local beers and growing vegetables.

Nicci Micco is EatingWell Magazine’s Senior Editor, Features & Nutrition. She has a master's degree in nutrition and food sciences. Nicci has held staff positions at SELF and More magazines and as a freelance journalist contributed nutrition, health and psychology features to various publications, including Cooking Light, Men's Health, Fitness, Ladies’ Home Journal and Family Circle. Nicci lives in Burlington, Vermont, with her husband and son.

Joyce Hendley, M.S., Nutrition Editor



Joyce has been a contributing editor for EatingWell magazine for many years. She brings an in-depth understanding of nutrition and love of great food to everything she does for EatingWell. Joyce co-wrote The EatingWell Diet (The Countryman Press, 2007), which recently won a prestigious James Beard Foundation book award. She also edited The EatingWell Diabetes Cookbook (The Countryman Press, 2005), nominated for both a James Beard book award and an IACP book award. Previously, Joyce was the contributing food editor at Weight Watchers Magazine. A frequent contributor to Weight Watchers cookbooks, she was also the writer for Sarah, the Duchess of York’s, best-selling Win the Weight Game (2000).

Rachel K. Johnson, Ph.D., M.P.H., R.D.



Rachel is Professor of Nutrition at the University of Vermont and the senior nutrition advisor for EatingWell. She writes the Nutrition Sense column in EatingWell Magazine and does radio commentary on Vermont Public Radio.

Sylvia Geiger, M.S., R.D.



Sylvia is a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years of professional experience. She is nutrition advisor for EatingWell and lecturer in the department of nutrition and food sciences at the University of Vermont.

Carolyn Malcoun, your article on Salsa left something to be desired. The salsa's you tested are off the bottom of the shelf at the grocery store. Come to New Mexico and taste real salsa. You tested diced tomatoes with onions and spices. Our local and regional salsa's have flavor and bite.
